My Path

I have always been a writer, especially of poetry, and from early on I was captivated by ancient cultures and philosophy. This led me to study Cultural Studies at the University of Athens, followed by an MA in Philosophy and Literature at the University of Warwick.

For many years I worked in book publishing, and during that time I discovered vipassana meditation (as taught by S. N. Goenka) and various yoga practices. That was a turning point: my life began to revolve around spiritual teachings, practices, and traditions from many cultures.

Returning to Greece, I organized events and festivals—both live and online—sharing the world of Spirit in an experiential way. Through this work, I began teaching and guiding circles, supporting women and men through meditations, somatic practices, and spiritual explorations.

These are part of a much wider spectrum of study and practice that I continue to deepen each day. Another great passion of mine has been to study ancient Greek language and philosophy, and to visit sacred sites and temples—in Greece and abroad—with the intention to feel their resonance in body, mind, and spirit, preparing a new way of sharing wisdom, knowledge, and vision.
