Mystical Crete

· 18:00: Meeting at the hotel in Herakleion (Crete) to begin our Journey with a circle, and have meditative and somatic practices.
· 20:00: Dinner and evening walk in the city of Heraklion.

· 10:30: Visit Knossos. We explore the ancient city of Knossos, once the vibrant heart of Minoan civilization. Far more than a palace, Knossos was a living city, a place of ceremony, art, and innovation, dedicated to the Great Goddess and the harmony of life. Here myth and archaeology meet, inviting us to walk between worlds, through the corridors of time, and into the soul of ancient Crete.

· 19:00: Evening practice and integration of the day’s work.

· 10:30: Visit Cave Skoteino. There is the possibility to descend to the cave of Skoteino, which is quite an initiation and a bit of a hike, as we have to be careful while descending the four levels/floors of the cave.
It is said that this cave was devoted to Artemis (Vritomartis) and that it has been used for ritual, ceremony, or initiation since 5,000 BC. Archaeologist Paul Faure believes the cave is the same as the Labyrinth of the Minotaur.

· 10:30: Visit the Asclepieion in Lentas (ancient Levina).
· 14:00: Traditional Greek Lunch
· 16:00: Hike (about 30–40 minutes) to Lion Hill (Lentas means “Lion”), where the energy of Rhea, Titaness and Mother of the Gods, is felt. Time to reflect, meditate, and do breathwork.
· 18:00: Rest and Restore (or visit the beach)
· 20:00: Dinner

· 08:00: Sharing Circle and talk about today’s work (at the beach)
· 09:00: Breakfast
· 10:30: We will visit (possibly by boat from Lentas) the beach/canyon Trafoulas (Trahoulas), where Ley Lines intersect at a cave, emanating powerful healing frequencies. Healing meditation on that spot.
· 12:30: Then we will go to the beach/canyon Tripiti (by boat again), where there is a powerful Dream Oracle Cave and a 3,000 BC Minoan town ruin.
· 14:30: We will eat in a beautiful, small local taverna that is inside the canyon.
· 17:30: Return to Lentas, Rest and Restore. Arrival of the remaining people of the group, who will spend 8 days with us.
· 20:00: Dinner 

· 05:00: Drive to the Asterousia Mountain Range to climb to the top early in the morning. This sacred summit was a ceremonial portal in ancient times. Near the top is a mysterious hole in the ground where, according to legend, offerings were cast and re-emerged from another opening at the sea. Before reaching the top, there is a sanctuary to visit.
· 09:00: Breakfast at Thalori and rest.
· 10:00: Free time in the pool, and the option to do horse riding.
· 14:00: Lunch at Thalori.
· 18:00: Evening circle, music, singing, and dancing.
· 20:00: Dinner

· 10:30: Visit the Asclepieion of Agios Ioannis and spend time in the dream caves.

· 18:00: The Labyrinth, Sharing circle, integration time, energy practices.
· 20:00: Dinner 

· 07:00: Walk to the Cave of Hermes Kranaios (also known as the Cave of Pan) and feel its energy. We will spend part of the day in the cave. We practice meditation, and we do energy work and somatic work
· 09:00: Breakfast
· 14:00: Lunch back at the village
· 16:00: Drive to Tsoutsouras.
· 19:00: Sharing circle
· 20:00: Dinner

· 10:30: Visit the Cave of Eileithyia (Goddess of Childbirth), once visited by pilgrims from around the world praying for and receiving guidance on how to call in their soul-child.
· 12:00: Swim to the cool-water spring in a sea cave if conditions allow.
· 14:00: Traditional Greek Lunch
· 17:00: Optional afternoon hike to a nearby beach (with hats).
· 19:00 Integration time
· 20:00: Dinner

· 09:00: Visit the Santuary of Hermes and Aphrodite (it is closed, so we will enter discreetly - only with everyone’s agreement). This temple was active for nearly 3,000 years (2000 BC – 700 AD). Bring water bottles, a spring inside flows with highly charged, energised water.
· 12:00: Walk to the Crater of Rhea, nearby, filled with crystals from an ancient meteorite impact that once destroyed a city below.
· 14:30: Traditional Greek Lunch
· 16:00: Rest and Restore (or time on the beach)
· 19:00: Sharing circle
· 20:00: Dinner 

· 07:00: Morning meditation and Somatic Work
· 08:00: Breakfast
· 09:30: Boat to Aspes, the Caves of Ancient Dream Oracles (Depending on weather). We will spend the day in the caves and on the beautiful beach that is there(we will bring food with us). Summer Solstice and Closing Ceremony.
· 16:00: Drive to Herakleion.
Alternative (If weather does not allow Aspes visit)
· 09:30: Drive to Aghios Thomas, where worship once honored Artemis, Demeter, and her Daughter, goddesses of the underworld, and where it is said the Eleusinian Mysteries began. Summer Solstice and Closing Ceremony.
· 14:00: Traditional Greek Lunch
· 16:30: Drive to Herakleion
· 20:00: Dinner (we can share on the dinner table)
