Course Overview

Over nine immersive sessions, we will journey through eight Greek archetypes—each connected to a sacred site in Greece and its mythology—and conclude with a deep dive into the ultimate story of transformation: The Odyssey.

Each class (approx. 2 hours) will include:

  • Mythology and symbolism of the archetype
  • Sacred site connected to their story and energy
  • Guided processes, meditations, or somatic practices to embody the archetype
  • Reflection exercises to explore how this energy shows up in your life
  • Tools to reclaim and integrate these aspects into your present being

The Ninth Class – The Journey of the Soul

  1. Inspired by Homer’s Odyssey, this final session weaves all the archetypes together, guiding you through the soul’s path of trials, awakenings, and homecoming.
  2. It is the map of your own inner journey—a story that has been unfolding across lifetimes.
